The outbreak of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) has impacted nearly all businesses and Nokia Mobile is impacted too. Last month, the MWC 2020 got canceled. Nokia Mobile had to postpone its launch for new phones. The outbreak has also resulted in reduced productivity and a delay in the delivery of software updates.
CPO Juho Sarvikas tweeted an updated Android 10 update roadmap. The roadmap sees a slight diversion from the original plans. The good news, however, is that the updates are still being cooked. Nokia Mobile will re-start with the delivery of Android 10 updates towards the end of March 2020.
While we have taken all the steps to fight COVID-19, we still aim to be the fastest brand to update its portfolio to Android 10. Although our schedule changed a bit, we’re proud to announce a number of phones will be upgraded soon and excited to share our new roadmap: pic.twitter.com/nKEYSkI8Ow

The Nokia 2.2 will likely beat the other devices in getting the Android 10 update. The highly anticipated update for Nokia 6.2 & Nokia 7.2 should follow soon after though. Here’s hoping that everything stays under control from this point and we don’t need to say another diversion from the schedule.
