Information released later on is sometimes more juicy than specified directly. So, here it goes, NokiaMobile on twitter was replying to a user question and a new info is out. All of three Android phones in Nokia’s lineup are IP52 certified.

That does not make the devices waterproof or anything. However, the devices become less prone to a damage caused by a quick spray or splash of water. Having an IP52 certificate means that the devices are:
- Protected from limited dust ingress
- Protected from water spray less than 15 degrees from vertical.
