The Oreo update for Nokia 7 is about 788 MB of download and requires 1581MB of available storage. That’s if you’re running the most recent release. If your Nokia 7 is running an older build of Nougat, then the update could be bigger.

You can start the download by going to Settings > About > Software update. Also, do ensure that you have at least 35% battery else the installation won’t start.

    • Do you have the Android One variant of the ROM installed?
Since the device is exclusive to China, the global ROM is no longer maintained. You need to switch to China ROM to get regular updates.

        • Well, since the bootloader is not unlocked, you need to take help from somebody from China who will remotely flash your phone and install the China ROM. It needs login to the service software.
