The update is mostly stock Android Oreo. Nokia has not yet started adding its own layer of enhancements and customization. So, you get the power of Android Oreo without losing on performance and smoothness. The update is kind-of huge at 1520 MB. This is almost the size of the full ROM package. So, the update can only be dwonloaded over WiFi.
The update promises some new features like Picture in picture, notification dots & autofill passwords (using Google Smart Lock). The boot up time is alos said to be reduced. Download it on your Nokia 8 and let us know your experience!
